MEDIA CREDENTIALS & ELIGIBILITY
Media credentials for ITS World Congress 2025 will be provided at the discretion of the ITS Communications Staff and will be based on the following criteria:
- Who qualifies as Editorial Media:
- Editorial Media from accredited publications, newspapers, and broadcast media outlets.
- Editor, Reporter, Writer
- Producer
- Photographer/Videographer
- Who qualifies at a content creator:
- Blogger, Podcaster, and Social Media Creator who produces original content regularly
- Who does not qualify:
- CEOs, publishers, advertising, media or sales representatives, and custom publishers are not eligible to register as journalists but may participate through the Advertising, Marketing, and Sales Representatives badge category, for a fee.
- If you are providing or soliciting marketing services/agency work to exhibitors, you do not qualify as media and will not be granted a press badge. You must register as an exhibitor with the company you are representing.

EDITORIAL MEDIA
To qualify for an editorial media badge, you must be employed by an accredited industry trade publication, newspaper, online news site or broadcast media outlet (editor, reporter, producer, writer, etc.).
Freelance writers will be considered if they are able to provide examples of (3) relevant stories published over the past six months.
With your badge, you receive:
- Access to the ITS World Congress Media Lounge
- Entrance to the ITS World Congress paid conference program all five (5) days (Sunday, August 24-Thursday, August 28), except for sessions not open to media.
- Lunch for five (5) days
- Access to the Exhibit Hall all four (4) days (Monday, August 25 – Thursday, August 28).
- Entry to all plenary sessions.
- Access to Exhibit Hall activities, including programming in the Transportation Hub and other networking events.
CONTENT CREATORS
To qualify for a content creator badge, you must meet the following criteria:
- Content creators (podcasters, bloggers, social media creators) who produce original content regularly.
- Must be able to demonstrate relevant coverage of the transportation industry published over a period of at least one year.
- Must have followers or listeners on their primary platform of at least 5,000 individuals.
- Provides a commitment to covering the show on the creator’s largest platform.

- Bloggers - Stories must link to: www.itsamericaevents.com/world-congress
- Social Media Content Creators:
- Pre-event - Three (3) feed posts
- During Event - Three (3) feed posts
- Channel Tags - All posts must tag the official Show social channels:
- Facebook: @ITSAmericaEvents
- LinkedIn: @company/its-america-events
- X (Formerly Twitter): @ITSAEvents
- Hashtags - All posts must include the official Show hashtag (##ITSWC2025)
- YouTube and Bloggers:
With your badge, you receive:
- Access to the Exhibit Hall all four (4) days (Monday, August 25 – Thursday, August 28).
- Lunch for four (4) days
- Entry to all plenary sessions.
- Access to Exhibit Hall activities, including programming in the Transportation Hub and other networking events.
Past attendance or registration does not guarantee approval. ITS America reserves the right to permit or deny admission to anyone based on the information submitted.
